Clean Bar PDX founder, Billy Hungate

In a town known for its extensive breweries, craft beer and Beervana itself, the 100% nonalcoholic Clean Bar is based out of Portland, Oregon.

That’s right, a sober bar in the midst of Portland.

After hitting a low point and realizing alcohol wasn’t benefitting his life, Clean Bar PDX founder, Billy Hungate, began looking for nonalcoholic alternatives. Today, he’s crafted several custom mocktails you won’t find anywhere else (check out the menu, here) and he’s on a mission to create spaces of healing and belonging. Clean Bar is just one avenue of doing that.

Positive community and connection with others are integral to sobriety and mental health. Clean Bar is about people-in-process doing life together. It's about building vibrant, compassionate communities.

We currently hold pop-ups around Portland with the ultimate goal of opening a physical Clean Bar location.
